Our client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support Advisory Services and Technical Support Services within the Client Success & Services portfolio.
This role is pivotal in driving awareness, attachment, and expansion of our services portfolio, and in positioning is as a strategic partner that helps enterprise customers realize the full value of their client investments.
You’ll partner closely with Advisory Services (AS) leadership, Services Offer Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Campaigns to:
? Reposition and launch an expanded Professional Services portfolio (Advisory, Implementation, Cloud Optimization, and Support Services)
? Build and execute sales plays and enablement that increase the number of sellers confidently pitching and closing services
? Drive always-on and targeted campaigns that grow Advisory Services pipeline and attach at the time of license sales
? Close customer proof and value evidence gaps through customer success stories & ROI spotlights
You’ll bring deep B2B SaaS product marketing experience, strong GTM discipline, and a bias for partnering with field teams. You’re equally comfortable building portfolio level messaging, designing
campaigns, and rolling up your sleeves to create the decks, assets, and plays that make it easier for sellers and SSAs to win with services.
In this role, you will:
? Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for client Success & Services that ties directly to customer outcomes and the client System of Work.
? Create and execute marketing and enablement programs that increase services awareness, pipeline, and attach — including core sales plays, pitch narratives, and customer ready assets for enterprise buyers.
? Build and maintain a concise, high impact “bill of materials” for services (web and WAC content, decks, one pagers, and proof points) that field teams can easily find, use, and tailor.
? Represent the voice of customers, Sales, and SSAs in how we evolve the services portfolio and narrative
Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on running campaigns to an executive audience. Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences is a plus Bonus if you’ve worked on goal-setting, team management, or work visualization tools
