Social Media & Influencer Manager
The Sage Groups’ Client is seeking a social media manager to own their social media presence and build a best-in-class influencer program. As the social lead for our flagship product, this person will be equally comfortable crafting platform-native content strategy and managing a portfolio of creator and executive partnerships. You’ll set the tone for how our brand shows up across social channels — and how our people and partners amplify it.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Manage day-to-day execution of social media calendar and audience engagement.
Develop social plans for major product launches, events, and initiatives.
Own the LinkedIn newsletter as a key owned-media channel.
Lead a comprehensive influencer strategy:
Lead an employee advocacy program that activates employees as authentic brand ambassadors
Manage creator partnerships and external content collaborations.
Partner with executives to develop their thought leadership presence on social.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships with industry voices and analysts to amplify brand credibility.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify social opportunities, including product marketing, campaigns, events, content, and creative teams.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact.
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging channels.
Experience/Skills Required
5+ years experience managing social media or influencer marketing.
Deep working knowledge of social best practices across popular social media platforms.
Experience building or scaling influencer/advocacy programs from the ground up.
Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft compelling posts/campaigns for complex products.
Proficiency with tools, such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills — with executives, creators, and external partners.
Data-driven mindset with fluency in social analytics tools.
Ability to adapt and flex as priorities evolve. Things move fast here!
Portfolio required.
Bonus: Basic Video editing.
Duration: 7/15/2026 – 1/31/2027 with likely extension
