Partner Experience Program Manager 1365

The Sage Group’s client, a leading Global SaaS company, is seeking a passionate and experienced project/program manager to drive the evolution of our partner purchasing and billing platform. As the Partner Experience Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of updates and releases for our partner purchasing and billing platform. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Commerce, Partner Experience, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, high-quality project management and deliverables that enhance partner and customer success. This role is crucial in aligning stakeholders, optimizing operational workflows, and fostering continuous improvement in how we deliver value to partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Management

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various PPC work-streams, ensuring all dependencies, risks, and impacts are identified and managed in collaboration with the Commerce and PX teams. Manage the detailed tasks & timelines, ensuring project milestones are met and detailed plans are defined to support pre and post-launch activities
  • Launch Process Coordination

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized launch and readiness framework, operational workflows, and knowledge bases for PPC launches and partner enablement.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Facilitate strong collaboration across Engineering, Partner Experience, Commerce and other cross-functional teams to ensure all teams are aligned and informed through each release and work-stream. Provide executive level updates on a weekly basis to Engineering, Commerce, and Partner Leadership teams and drive strategic decision-making process. Work with other PMs to ensure project management, reporting, etc. is consistent across all projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Schedule and lead regular stakeholder meetings, drive agenda creation, and coordinate communications to ensure clarity on release status, risks, and next steps.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and synthesize partner and internal feedback, escalate issues as needed, and drive process improvements to enhance the partner and customer experience.
  • Reporting & Metrics

  • Track and report on key metrics such as release timeliness, partner activation rates, and feedback trends to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Change Management

  • Drive change management and adoption of new PPC processes across partner and internal teams.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 10 years of program management experience in B2B or SaaS environments, preferably at enterprise level (open to candidate with 8+ as well)
    • Proven track record of managing complex, customer and partner-facing programs
    • Proven ability to design and execute transformational programs with measurable, data-driven results.
    • Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate and align multiple cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
    • Excellence in strategic planning, roadmap development, executive reporting and communication, risk mitigation, and dependency management
    • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
    • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing order to complex, fast-paced environments
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Passion for building relationships and driving operational excellence.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello) preferred
    • Willingness to work in a global environment, as this role involves collaboration with distributed teams.

    Duration: 9+ month contract
    Location: Remote in the US
    Compensation: $100/hr. – $110/hr.
