Marketing Project Manager

The Sage Group’s client a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) product marketing team.

The Project Manager will play a critical role in assisting with the annual launch of their products on a global scale. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and dependencies, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with multiple products, coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the administrator for the project management software, ensuring all project tasks, timelines, and resources are accurately tracked and maintained.
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings, providing updates on project status, identifying risks and issues, and driving resolution and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and track project tasks, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the localization and posting of assets and work with external agencies as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices for project management.
  • Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to meet project objectives.
  • Support the team in preparing and delivering presentations and reports related to the project.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or product development environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Airtable or Asana.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business administration, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.

December ’25 – April ‘26
Hours: 20 hrs/wk avg in December ramping to full time January
Location: Remote, USA
Pay rate: $80/hr
