Logistics Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Join an innovative technology and logistics organization focused on advancing next-generation delivery operations. This role supports a hands-on engineering and operations environment by keeping facilities, materials, shipments, and day-to-day workplace logistics organized, safe, and efficient.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including accepting deliveries, routing packages, and coordinating outbound shipments.

  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming entry area, shop floor, and shared workspaces.

  • Track, organize, and safely store tools, parts, equipment, and materials.

  • Coordinate transfers of materials and equipment among local offices and work sites.

  • Support workplace and facilities needs, including light furniture assembly, vendor coordination, and operational requests.

  • Assist with safe handling, storage, and disposal of batteries, hazardous materials, and other regulated items in accordance with site procedures.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for facilities partners and help resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly.

  • Provide flexible support for special projects and hands-on tasks that keep the workspace productive and ready for teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

  • Comfort working in a warehouse, shop, lab, or other hands-on operational setting.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and building partners.

  • Ability to prioritize changing requests while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

  • Experience with shipping, receiving, facilities coordination, workplace operations, or inventory support is preferred.

  • Familiarity with safe handling and disposal practices for batteries, solvents, or similar materials is a plus.

  • Hands-on ability to complete light assembly, organization, and workspace support tasks.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required.

  • Ability to travel by vehicle between Oakland and other Bay Area work locations as needed.

  • Ability to work on-site in Oakland, California.
