The Sage Group’s client, an AI-powered software creation platform, is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Marketing Associate to help bring their brand to life through memorable in-person experiences. From executive dinners and hackathons to trade shows, pop-ups, and creative brand activations, you’ll help plan and execute events that build awareness, engage their community, and drive meaningful connections with customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of field marketing events, including executive dinners, hackathons, and trade shows

• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue sourcing, shipping, materials, timelines, on-site setup, and breakdown.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences that reflect the brand.

• Coordinate event materials, swag, signage, and other assets to ensure every event is well-prepared and on-brand.

• Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and help report on key metrics to understand impact and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines, proactively identifying challenges and finding solutions to keep things moving.

• Jump in wherever needed, from strategic planning and project coordination to hands-on event setup and material handling.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in events, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related role.

• Experience planning, coordinating, or executing a variety of events, such as executive dinners, hackathons, trade shows, pop-ups, and brand activations.

• Baseline familiarity with the AI, SaaS, or broader technology landscape, ideally with professional experience in one or more of these spaces.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and get things done with sometimes limited information.

• A hands-on, resourceful approach to event execution, including the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and support physical event setup, teardown, and material handling.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to deliver successful events.

Location: Foster City, CA; In-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Duration: 6 Months, opportunity to convert
Pay rate: $53.50/hr
