Experiential Events Manager
One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for an Experiential Events Manager. The client provides autonomous technology, which combines specialized hardware and deep-learning AI.

About the Team
We build thoughtful marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and creative assets to deliver messages that matter to our audience, communicated through anything from video content, to social media interactions, to immersive physical experiences. We also shape client’s go-to-market initiatives, helping to transform client offerings into a thriving business with a growing user base.


Experiential Marketing Execution (80%)

  • Lead end-to-end event execution across the US market, managing complex project timelines, event logistics, and localized brand experiences from inception through completion.
  • Oversee all operational elements of assigned projects, meticulously managing internal workflows and external vendor partnerships to ensure seamless on-site execution.
  • Manage comprehensive project budgets, delivering impactful brand activations while consistently tracking on, or under, budget allocations.
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships across multiple internal business units.
  • Partner effectively with external stakeholders, vendors, and production agencies to bring highly immersive, complex activations to life.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each experience.
  • Translate post-event data and performance metrics into actionable insights, compiling comprehensive recap reports to optimize future field marketing strategies.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically within the US to provide on-site leadership and direct execution support during key events and for site-visits.

Experiential Strategy (10%)

  • Identify, research, and integrate emerging event technologies, industry benchmarks, and experiential trends into the global playbook to ensure continuous marketing innovation.
  • Collaborate with the department Lead to share comprehensive global experiential guidelines and paybooks with the organization, creating a seamless plan for deployment and information sharing.
  • Help drive operational efficiency, develop streamlined process, and guide brand consistency across all regional marketing teams.

Global Experiential Support (10%)

  • Partner to bring global tent-pole brand activations to life, managing core logistics, timelines, and deliverables for assigned elements of large-scale experiential projects.

At a Minimum We’d Like You To Have

  • 8-10 years experience working client side e2e in event specific roles, startup experience a plus or e2e in large companies that operate in new areas involving ambiguity
  • Strong project management and cross collaboration skills, including agencies
  • Solid experience in entertainment, luxury, fashion and/or automotive brands
  • Experience executing events of medium to large scale from inception through completion
  • Strong project manager with high attention to detail and unmatched organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Hybrid, must live in either LA or San Francisco CA
Duration: 1 year to start plus extension and contract to hire potential
Compensation: $80-110/hr
