A leading technology-enabled food delivery and workplace meal solutions organization is seeking a customer-focused City Launcher to support the expansion of its workplace meal program. This field-based freelance role will help launch new customer locations, provide onsite support, and create a dependable, polished experience for end users.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and onboard new customers to a workplace meal-management platform.
- Provide onsite support during customer launches and resolve questions or service needs in real time.
- Travel between local customer sites throughout the North Charleston area as needed.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance while representing the organization professionally.
- Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Guide users through platform functionality, including account setup, order placement, and backup order configuration.
- Manage competing priorities independently while maintaining responsive, accurate service.
What You’ll Bring

- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with limited day-to-day direction.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, navigate, and troubleshoot technology platforms.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
- A customer-centered approach with empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Previous experience in operations, customer support, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
