Job description

Brand Operations Manager

The Sage Group’s client, a leading Tech company in IOT/AI space is searching for a Brand/Marketing Operations Manager or Marketing Project manager with experience trafficking and resource design projects.

About the Role

Our Marketing team is moving fast — we just launched a company-wide rebrand and are deep in execution across every channel. We’re looking for a Brand Operations Manager to work alongside our Sr. Brand Operations Manager, keeping that work on track: managing project timelines, coordinating across teams, and building the operational backbone that lets our Brand and Creative teams move quickly without dropping details.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll own project intake, scoping, timelines, and delivery, while also identifying process gaps and building repeatable standards as the team scales post-rebrand. You’re a fast mover who can juggle multiple projects at once, communicate clearly, and keep a large, cross-functional team aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage project timelines, creative workflows, and launch deliverables end-to-end — from intake and scoping through delivery.

  • Coordinate across Product Marketing, Communications, Events, Campaigns, Content, Design, and external agencies/vendors to keep work aligned and moving.

  • Own resourcing: allocate people and time efficiently across competing priorities, and flag conflicts before they become bottlenecks.

  • Run project setup — timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and reporting cadences — and keep meetings on track with clear agendas and recaps.

  • Monitor project health, resolve issues and escalations, and document key decisions, risks, and action items.

  • Traffic creative requests: ensure briefs are complete before work starts, route requests to the right owners, and audit final assets against the brief.

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, vet productivity tools, and build repeatable operational standards and templates as the team scales.

  • Maintain organized, accessible project files and documentation, using consistent templates across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing/brand operations, or creative traffic coordination.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Familiarity with Airtable or similar tools for ticket/project tracking.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the creative development process — concept, production, and delivery across digital, video, and social.

  • Track record partnering effectively with designers, agencies, and vendors.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Organized self-starter who can prioritize and drive multi-stakeholder initiatives with minimal oversight.

  • PMP certification a plus; experience supporting a brand launch or rebrand a plus.
