The Sage Group’s client, a comprehensive branding agency based in San Francisco, working globally, is searching for a Brand Designer. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s ready to take ownership of projects across multiple channels — from digital and print to environmental, experiential, and packaging. You’ll craft brand materials that span immersive touchpoints, translating strategy into stunning, idea-driven design systems that move people and elevate brands.
Our clients range from minor league baseball and fintech, to biotech in the cosmetics and beauty space, to luxury private resorts — so versatility and curiosity are key.

What You’ll Do:
- Concept, design, and deliver high-fidelity brand materials across digital, print, experiential, environmental, and packaging channels.
- Translate strategic insights and narratives into cohesive, original visual identities.
- Create immersive brand experiences that connect across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and creative leads to bring big ideas to life.
- Maintain seamless project execution — adopting client tools and workflows for integrated collaboration.
- Present and articulate your work clearly, balancing creative vision with strategic purpose.
- Stay current on art, fashion, design, and cultural trends to inform and inspire your work.
Who You Are:
- A mid-level designer with 6–7 years of experience in branding or visual design.
- A conceptual thinker who can translate strategy into bold, beautiful design.
- Strong across typography, layout, composition, and storytelling.
- Comfortable designing across digital, print, environmental, and experiential channels.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented — someone who consistently delivers with excellence.
- Not super corporate — you lean toward elevated, cool, and contemporary visual language.
- Collaborative and low-ego — you work with joy and make the process better for everyone around you.
- Organized and proactive, with solid project management skills and the ability to adapt to client systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 6–7 years of professional experience in brand design or creative agency environments.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, refined craft, and storytelling depth.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant design tools.
- Experience developing and implementing brand systems across multiple media.
- Motion, 3D, or illustration experience is a plus.

4 Months, opportunity to extend and/or convert
