She digs deep with our hiring managers to understand their challenges and business needs and manages the delivery of top-rated talent. Melanie’s background includes over 20 years experience as a management consultant, e-business strategist, and account and program management executive at Deloitte, E-LOAN and Navigant Consulting. Prior to joining Sage, she created and led a national marketing and business development program for Navigant. Melanie earned her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago while working full-time in commercial lending at National Westminster Bank.
